This handbook is fully annotated with BEs of all peaks and loss signals, peak-fits, chemical state assignments, peak-fit parameters, and calibration details. There are survey spectra, main signal spectra, and valence band spectra. The chemical state (high energy resolution) spectra were produced in 1990 using ultimate high energy resolution settings on an SSI S-Probe XPS instrument.
