Kratos SFs – Scofield SFsÂ
Kratos SFs were Scofield’s SFs until 1995
Then converted to Wagner e-SFs
The legend in the table says the X-rays are Mg K X-rays, not Al X-rays.
These SFs are indeed Scofield Al X-ray SFs.
Kratos SFs are Wagner’s SFs for Al X-rays.
Several have been modified to match the XPS instrument used, but most are original Wagner SFs.
