Table of RSFs calculated by normalizing Scofield SFs so that

C (1s) = 1.0

Using Scofield’s theoretically calculated Photo-ionization Cross-sections and normalizing them to give a SF for C (1s) = 1.0.  Used Hartree-Fock SCF, ab-initio, central field potential.
