The XPS Library Store and The XPS Library (TXL) Website are
part of The XPS Research Institute Inc

(a 501c3, domestic not-for-profit educational institution) 
that develops data, spectra-bases, software, PDF books and guidance on all things XPS.

The TXL store just opened on November 25, 2025 so we probably have some payment issues and I worry about the TXL Subscriptions.

I was able to download both the software and a PDF handbook (digital downloads) without any issue, so far!

Actually, TXL is currently a one person operation, the founder, B. Vincent Crist, PhD, older generation!
