Library Member Benefits   

Library Members have access to all of the Data-sets contained in The XPS Library, the Spectra Data Processor, SDP v8 software, all posters, tables, application notes, guidelines, periodic tables, and PDF spectra handbooks. To support the improvement, add new spectra, development, and maintenance of The XPS Library, please become a “Library Member” of The XPS Library.

The XPS Library is a Not-for-Profit Organization that invests all donations into the improvement of The XPS Library to benefit all members.

As a “Library Member” of The XPS Library, your membership will support the improvement, development, maintenance of The XPS Library, the develop of SDP software, and the development of the International Registry of XPS Instruments.  The International Registry of XPS Instruments will collect BE calibration results into a on-line database.  Library Members have full access to all of Data-sets The XPS Library, SDP v8 software (one year license), all posters, tables, application notes, guidelines, periodic tables, and 3 PDF spectra handbooks.
